Indie Head Massage is a form of massage therapy that stems from the ancient healing practices of Ayurveda. This treatment helps relieve stress, muscle tension, headaches, and sinusitis; it can ease eye strain and jaw ache and alleviate insomnia and mental tiredness. During the treatment, warm oil is applied to the scalp and hair, and combined with deep therapeutic massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Your hair will get oily so bring a hair tie or hat for your trip home. This 45min treatment can be offered as a stand alone or in combination with any length massage as well.
